Twitter reactions to Obama speech venue change

Around 10 a.m. Wednesday, news came that President Obama's acceptance speech would move from Bank of America Stadium, which holds about 65,000 people for the speech, to Time Warner Cable Arena, which holds about 15,000 people for the DNC.

The Twitter world immediately reacted.

Looks like all those volunteers who worked for Obama just so they could go see him speak are learning a valuable lesson: The One will throw you under the bus the first chance he gets.

I find it so funny how everyone thinks this has to do with empty seats. Those seats would be filled. People waited in line for hours for credentials. My wife and I have tried to get some and they are all gone. Completely gone. I know someone deeply involved with the convention and he couldnt even get an extra one for his child. For those that volunteered, they did it for a cause, not for a free ticket. Wow, imagine that you Republisnobs, Democrats that actually worked for something and would gladly do so again. You know its funny, if they didnt move it inside and there was a storm, everyone would comment how they dont care if they put people in danger, they just wanted him to look good in front of a crowded stadium. Get real people, he will be here for 4 more years.
